All Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 clubs met on November 17th and 18th at the Parc des Princes in Paris for a seminar dedicated to ticketing.
Organized by the LFP in the framework of the mission engaged since 2 seasons in this area with G2 Strategic, this seminar of 2 full days had for objective to help the clubs to better build their ticketing business plan and to share the good practices put in place by some pilot clubs since the beginning of the season.
Led by Marshall Glickman, Managing Director of G2 Strategic, the seminar analyzed the key objectives of the Strategic Business Plan development process, its timeline and content (targets, customer relationship, use of databases and social networks, segmentation and price range, definition of products, sales to new customers, loyalty, …) as well as the human resources and the structural organization to put in place for its implementation.
In addition to these theoretical elements, several pilot clubs in the program with G2 Strategic (Olympique Lyonnais, Chamois Niortais FC, Olympique de Marseille and US Créteil-Lusitanos) presented their initiatives in this area.
In line with this seminar, the LFP will be offering the 40 professional clubs a series of sales training sessions to be provided by G2 Strategic in December.
