“SPORTS BUSINESS RADIO” LAUNCHES NEW SEGMENT FEATURING G2 STRATEGIC CEO MARSHALL GLICKMAN

“Glickman Global” to air monthly on nationally syndicated sports business radio program

Boston—January 30, 2007G2 Strategic announced today that CEO Marshall Glickman will be featured each month on a new segment of nationally-syndicated radio program Sports Business Radio. The 5-minute segment, “Glickman Global,” will air on the second Saturday of each month, focusing on a specific sports business topic that has global interest.

Sports Business Radio is nationally syndicated on the Sports Byline Broadcast Network, which is aired by nearly 200 radio stations in the U.S., reaching a cumulative weekly audience of 2.2 million listeners, as well as 50,000 via the internet. In addition, Sports Business Radio airs on Sirius Satellite Radio, channel 122, WCFO Business Radio 1160 in Atlanta, Georgia and KXL News Radio 750 in Portland, Oregon, and is available via podcast on iTunes.

Brian Berger, the host and founder of Sports Business Radio, said, “More and more, our discussions on the business issues affecting sports have a global context. Marshall is one of the few sports executives that has worked with clients on both sides of the Atlantic, for leagues, federations, clubs, venue developers and others. He has an international network, has strong opinions and has lived and worked through the evolution of sports. We think our new Glickman Global segment will be an excellent addition to Sports Business Radio.”

“This is going to be fun and, I promise, interesting for Brian’s listeners,” said Glickman. “There are numerous issues, such as sports betting, venue development, player compensation, the declining economy of European club soccer, the potential resurgence of tennis, the fate of European basketball and the general trend of commercialization, that I think all affect the globalization of sports business and, ultimately, will impact the U.S. sports landscape as well.”
