ProVenueMax™ Software Now Available To All Clubs
January 31, 2005—Euroleague Basketball and Tickets.com today announced an innovative 5-year agreement that provides all Euroleague clubs with access to ProVenueMax software to manage ticket inventory and customer databases. This latest agreement follows last month’s announcement of an agreement between Euroleague, CSKA Moscow and Tickets.com to make tickets available on-line, worldwide, for the 2005 Euroleague Final Four, May 6-8 in Moscow.
“This is a continuation of the efforts we have made through the Euroleague Ticketing Program, where we have been working for the last two years to help our clubs increase attendance and income from ticket sales,” said Euroleague consultant Marshall Glickman.
Added Glickman, “Euroleague’s attendance has shown dramatic increases over the last 5 years – at the end of last season, attendance had increased 45% over the first 4 years of the competition and this season, attendance is already up 20% through the first 10 weeks. As our clubs continue to upgrade the quality of their sales efforts, they require more sophisticated support. ProVenueMax is the best ticket management software there is.”
