SPSM releases images for new indoor multi-purpose Arena Villeurbanne-Lyon and Tony Parker Academy in Villeurbanne, France

Société De Projet Salle Multifonction, S.A.S. ("SPSM")
today made a series of key announcements relating
to the advancement of the Arena Villeurbanne-Lyon
project, including the release of preliminary images of a
new proposed 13,000-seat indoor multi-purpose arena,
together with the Tony Parker Academy, that is expected
to open in Villeurbanne, France in April 2015.
The Project will be developed in partnership with the
City of Villeurbanne, a suburb of France's second-largest
market, Lyon, and Grand Lyon, which is the regional
government encompassing Lyon and several other major
suburban communities. Grand Lyon is located in Region
Rhone-Alps, the fifth largest regional economic area in
Europe.

SPSM previously announced that they had retained Global
Spectrum Europe ("GSE"), a collaboration of the United
Kingdom's NEC Group and Philadelphia, Pennsylvaniabased
Global Spectrum, to provide ongoing consultation
and, ultimately, to operate the arena. Global operates
over 100 public assembly venues worldwide.
The Arena Villeurbanne-Lyon project has now advanced
to a point where SPSM is expanding its project team with
additional globally-recognized partners.

The images released today are the result of the first stage of design, known in France as Esquisse Design (concept design). The images released include interior and exterior renderings.
The building design was completed by the lead
architect, Gensler & Associates International, Ltd. ("Gensler"), through their Los-Angeles-based sports group, which is
led by Ron Turner (FAIA LEED AP), who is recognized internationally as one of the leaders of sports facility design. Turner, as principal in-charge, and his colleagues have been key designers for over 50 indoor arenas, outdoor stadiums and public assembly facilities worldwide, including Staples Center (Los Angeles), Perth Multi-Purpose Arena, Shenyang International Performance Arena, Istanbul Super Arena and Entertainment District, and several major US arenas and stadiums, including recently being named as the architect of Farmer's Field, the new stadium being developed for a future National Football League team in Los Angeles. Together with G2 Strategic, Gensler is also serving as an advisor to the French Tennis Federation regarding the future redevelopment of Court Philippe Chatrier at Roland-Garros. Grenoble, France based Groupe-6 has been retained by Gensler as its Associate Architect. Group-6 has considerable experience in the development of public assembly facilities in France, and will play a key role collaborating with Gensler regarding design and regulatory matters.

SPSM has announced that it has officially launched
discussion with several major French building companies,
with the objective of selecting a builder for the Arena
Villeurbanne-Lyon project by November, 2011. Informal
discussions have been ongoing for several months, but the
building companies are now being given the opportunity to
submit official proposals relating to joining the project team,
providing ongoing consultation relating to cost estimates,
scheduling, regulatory process, building methodologies and
financing.

SPSM has announced they have retained G2 Strategic
("G2") as its lead advisor. G2 is a consulting group based on
Bend, Oregon, who has been involved in the Villeurbanne-
Lyon Arena project since its inception. G2's principal,
Marshall Glickman, has considerable experience in the
development of sports and entertainment venues worldwide,
including the 20,000-seat Rose Garden Arena in Portland,
Oregon, American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida and PGE
Park in Portland. G2 and Gensler recently collaborated in the
Moscow Sports & Entertainment Center, as well as teaming
with famed French architect Christian De Portzamparc in a
design competition for a new stadium near Roland-Garros,
which will not be built. SPSM has announced that AMB
Consult ("AMB") has been retained as the project's financial
advisor. AMB's principal, Aaron Barman, has managed and
executed over $2 billion of multi-purpose arena funding
transactions for both private developers and governmental
authorities.
