Euroleague Basketball (Barcelona, Spain)

G2 collaborated with the league to craft a proposal to launch the first team services division in Europe, which has resulted in the 5th consecutive contract extension, whereby G2 will provide counsel regarding the implementation of Euroleague Club Business Services, addressing a broad range of topics, including sponsorship, licensing, ticketing, premium seating, social media, digital monetization, communications, organizational structure, business culture and executive recruitment.
Save Civic Stadium (Eugene, Oregon)
Craft an economically-viable development program, event mix and business model for a 10 acre parcel in Eugene, Oregon, together with refurbishing a 72 year-old stadium, and form an ownership group to acquire and operate a professional soccer team, the renovated stadium and other improvements on the site.
